Is there a minimum seat count?+

No minimum. We've supported cohorts as small as 8 and as large as 600. Pricing scales with volume.

How is privacy protected?+

Reporting is fully aggregated — HR sees engagement and outcome trends but never individual activity. Employees own their accounts and data.

Can we co-brand the experience?+

Yes. Signature and Enterprise tiers include co-branded onboarding emails, a custom cohort page, and your logo in the member experience.

What happens when the engagement ends?+

Employees keep their JobsBloom community access. Bloom Plus benefits pause unless they self-renew, but their network and saved work stay with them.
