How do I reset my password?+

Go to Sign In → Forgot password. We'll email you a secure reset link valid for 30 minutes.

How do I cancel or change my plan?+

Open Settings → Billing. Changes apply immediately; cancellations remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

How does resume review work?+

Upload your resume in the Resume Review tool. You'll receive an AI scorecard within minutes and optional human review within 48 hours.

Are circles moderated?+

Yes. Every circle has a trained facilitator and follows the JobsBloom etiquette guidelines.

How do I book a coaching session?+

Visit Coaching, choose a coach, and select an available time. You'll receive a confirmation and calendar invite.

Can employers contact me directly?+

Only verified employers within your matching preferences can message you. You control visibility in Settings → Privacy.
