Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how JobsBloom, LLC uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our Services, and the choices available to you with respect to those technologies.

Effective Date: June 27, 2026

1. Overview

This Cookie Policy ("Policy") explains how JobsBloom, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("JobsBloom," "we," "us," or "our"), uses cookies, web beacons, pixels, software development kits, local storage, and similar tracking technologies (collectively, "Cookies") on the website located at jobsbloom.com and any related applications (collectively, the "Services"). This Policy supplements, and is incorporated by reference into, our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

2. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to operate websites efficiently, remember user preferences, measure performance, and deliver tailored content. Cookies may be "session cookies," which expire when you close your browser, or "persistent cookies," which remain on your device for a defined period or until you delete them. Cookies may also be "first-party," set by JobsBloom, or "third-party," set by service providers acting on our behalf.

3. Categories of Cookies We Use

We classify Cookies into the following four categories, consistent with industry standards and applicable consumer-protection guidance issued under the Georgia Fair Business Practices Act, O.C.G.A. § 10-1-390 et seq.:

  • Strictly Necessary Cookies. Required for the operation of the Services, including authentication, session management, load balancing, fraud prevention, and security. These Cookies cannot be disabled through our consent banner because the Services will not function properly without them.
  • Functional Cookies. Enable enhanced functionality and personalization, such as remembering your preferred language, time zone, pronouns, and accessibility settings. Disabling these may impair certain features.
  • Performance and Analytics Cookies. Collect aggregated, statistical information about how Users interact with the Services so that we can measure and improve performance. These Cookies do not directly identify any individual.
  • Targeting and Advertising Cookies. Used, where applicable, to deliver content and limited advertising relevant to your interests on the Services and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. JobsBloom does not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising for monetary consideration.

5. Third-Party Cookies

Certain Cookies are set by third-party service providers acting as our processors, including but not limited to authentication, analytics, payment processing, and customer support vendors. These providers may, subject to their respective privacy policies, process information about your interactions with the Services. We do not control the cookies set by third parties and disclaim responsibility for their practices.

7. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Certain browsers transmit "Do Not Track" ("DNT") or Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signals. Because no single industry standard for DNT has been adopted, JobsBloom currently does not respond to DNT signals. However, where required by law, JobsBloom will treat a recognized GPC signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

8. Children

The Services are not directed to children under the age of sixteen (16). Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501-6506, we do not knowingly place Cookies on the devices of children under thirteen (13) without verifiable parental consent.

9. Updates to This Policy

We may revise this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email, and the Effective Date above will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

10. Contact

Questions regarding this Cookie Policy should be directed to JobsBloom, LLC, Attn: Privacy Officer, Atlanta, Georgia, United States, or by email to privacy@jobsbloom.com.
